audacious-plugins software package provides Base plugins for audacious, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install audacious-plugins
audacious-plugins is installed in your system.
Make ensure the audacious-plugins package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep audacious-plugins *
You will get with audacious-plugins package name, version, architecture and description in a table
